Winch Design – Luxury Yachts

For complex yacht interior fitouts, invoices had to be client-specific and data-rich. We created a system that lets users build invoices based on cabin, product category, or supplier. Layouts adapt to client requirements — with options to include images and convert currencies (GBP to USD). The system ensures only completed, non-duplicate items are billed.


RAL/Axtell - Landfill Operations

Invoicing here needed speed and accuracy. The system finds all completed jobs within a set timeframe, compiles them into invoices, and provides an itemised list as confirmation. When multiple transport partners joined the network, we added subcontractor filtering to generate separate invoices in minutes.



2Teck – Building Services

This business needed staged billing for labour and parts across up to four service lines. We built logic to alert accounts when invoicing could proceed, showing amounts per service, project stage, and any approved variation orders. The system supported credit notes for short-term refunds or permanent reductions — all correctly categorized for finance teams.
