Warehouse teams, engineers, and on-site workers can’t be tied to a desk. But they still need access to job lists, packing records, inventory, and data input tools — sometimes in locations with no internet signal. Without mobile access, communication lags, stock gets miscounted, and key information must be re-entered later — causing delays and errors.
We created robust, offline-capable iPad based mobile tools that sync with core business systems. Whether scanning items into stock, recording quality checks, guiding fieldwork, or gathering on-site feedback, these apps are streamlined for use in the real world — not just the office. They minimise data entry steps, prevent duplicate work, and are designed for fast adoption by non-technical users.
We developed an iPad-based product catalogue for bespoke yacht interior items. Designers or clients could browse a visual catalogue, Pinterest-style, by category or aesthetic. Items selected were added to a wishlist and exported into the main specification system, then allocated to specific cabins for fit-out.
We built an iPad-based packing and stock system that integrates with the office backend. Users on-site could select and pack equipment for a shoot, and perform live stock takes. Any mismatch was resolved immediately — no notes, no second round of data entry.
We delivered a custom iPad app for engineers in the field. It showed each day’s jobs, with client contact info and links to navigation. Engineers could record work completed, materials used, and submit photos or notes. Clients were asked to complete an instant satisfaction survey before sign-off. The app also allowed holiday requests, uniform replacements, and internal messaging.
Two iPad based mobile tools were built: one for the warehouse to manage goods receipt and run quality checks; another for server engineers to walk through builds, recording each component and triggering follow-up actions automatically. These tools helped eliminate skipped QA steps and sped up production.
Instead of shrinking the office system to fit a small screen, we rethink each task to work simply and efficiently on mobile. With large buttons, auto-login options, and contextual logic (showing only what’s needed at that step), staff feel empowered to use the tools without hesitation. By syncing directly to the central database — even offline — these tools eliminate duplicate workflows, delays, and data gaps.
If your staff are still juggling paper, spreadsheets, and clunky apps — it’s time to upgrade. Let’s build an iPad-ready tool that fits your workflow and scales with your needs.
